High gauge knit at 36-48 Stitches per inch, produces a smoother and denser fabric, perfect for use in bonding as a backer or base layer. High gauge numbers typically result in lighter knits with improved durability, while still maintaining breathability despite low CFM (Cubic Feet per Minute).

Double weave is a type of woven textile where two or more sets of warp threads and one or more sets of weft or filling yarns are interconnected to create a two-layered fabric. The interplay of threads between these layers enables the creations of intricate patterns and surface textures. When the back side is brushed and fleeces are added, it enhances warmth and comfort. They mostly apply to pants and outerwear.

Downproof fabric is tightly woven to present leakage of down and feathers. We adopt fine denier weaving and CIRE finish for added density, Meeting IDFL and PRT standards. This kind of fabric is ideal for use in down and packable outerwear.
