I. The
company has passed the 32nd and 09th session of the Board of Directors on May
10, 2022:
(I) On
December 31, 2023, the establishment of full-time (part-time) units, the number
of full-time (part-time) personnel and their scope of duties were completed;
(II) The
inventory plan was completed on June 30, 2024:
(III) The
verification plan was completed on December 31, 2025.
II. The
company has approved the establishment of a Sustainable Development Committee
at the 14th meeting of the 33rd session of the Board of Directors on November
7, 2024 to promote the company’s sustainable development. It has five members.
In addition to the chairman of the company serving as the convener, the company
The four independent directors all serve as sustainable development committee
members.
III. The
